While Calpurnia holds off Aloysius, Courtney escapes and heads to the Twilight Kingdom to find the brother Aloysius left behind so many years ago. The council, meanwhile, is on the verge of repealing the laws of magic – a decision that would prove catastrophic to both worlds.
