In Israel, Mossad agent Ruth Bat-Seraph reviews a computer file on Operation: Zero Tolerance, when two agents arrive at her office to escort her to Security Operations. Despite not trusting the pair, she secrets the disc into her bag, and accompanies them to a waiting car.As the drive, the agents and the driver reveal themselves as OZT Prime Sentinels, but Bat-Seraph uses her super-strength to defeat them. In New York City, Bobby Drake and Cecilia Reyes make their way to Warren worthington’s apartment, but find only the house-sitter, Angie Quail. At ZT’s New Mexico base, Bastion taunts his prisoner, Charles Xavier, but the Professor calmly lists his reasons for deducing that Bastion is not human. Bastion angrily departs. In Warren’s apartment, Angie transforms into a Prime Sentinel, but is gunned down by Detective Charlotte Jones. Later, in an NYPD interrogation room for their safety, Bobby and Cecilia discuss how unlikely it was that Jones just happened to be there at that moment. Elsewhere in the precinct, Jones, who has been coerced by ZT agents who have kidnapped her son, gives up Bobby and Cecilia to them. Suddenly, the lights go out; Marrow has disabled the circuit box.
