Michael Evans, leader of Equilibrium and brother of the late Captain Canuck, is developing a way to solve the energy crisis. Darren Oak, the new Captain Canuck, and Kebec, travel around the globe to protect the energy facilities from Con-13. Suspicions about Michael's motivations begin to form after Redcoat, the team's field commander, suddenly disappears!
